The interfaces have been designed to ensure only the most critical information is recorded and displayed. The applications aim at simplifying complex operational processes while reducing paperwork.

Baseplan Mobility Application (BMA) streamlines rental and transport activities by connecting in-field employees to office staff. The application also has offline capabilities, which means users can process critical tasks even without a phone signal.
Drivers can receive and process delivery and pickup dockets directly from their mobile device. Rental controllers can easily track the transport run from Enterprise. This ensures effective monitoring and allocation.
Technicians can complete equipment inspections, process checklists, add outstanding items, add photos and attachments and create service jobs directly from their mobile phones.
Future phases of BMA will progressively integrate with other key areas of Enterprise.
Service Mobility (SM) integrates with the Service and Stock modules in Baseplan Enterprise. This application allows technicians to process service calls and service jobs from their mobile devices.
Technicians can complete checklists, issue parts, add outstanding items, initiate backorders, add timesheets and notes from the application. Detailed service history of the equipment can be viewed in real time. New service jobs can also be created from SM.
SM improves communication by allowing technicians and office staff to exchange messages through the course of service work. Service coordinators can get complete visibility of the technician’s progress and availability from Enterprise.
The on-glass signature feature allows customers to view and approve the job details from a single screen.
The CRM Mobility application synchronises with the CRM module in Baseplan Enterprise. Sales representatives can record and view lead and customer information on the go. Sales and business development managers can get better visibility of opportunities and pipelines even when they are away from their workstations. The KPI functionality allows managers to assess team performance by analysing the activities during specified periods of time.
Users can create leads, opportunities, enquiries, to-do lists and record notes from their mobile device. The Map functionality can be used to view and pin geolocations of companies, sites, enquiries and to-dos.
For existing customers, CRM Mobility provides real time information about the rental history, service history, equipment portfolio and transactions.
